Montana PWCs (and all other recreational boats) need to have two new decals before launching in 2006.  For Montana boaters to be compliant with federal boating laws owners of motorboats, sailboats or personal watercraft must display the following on their water craft:  
 
a) a permanent registration decal
b) two new, free validation decals that expire every three years
