Minimum Age For Operators

Many states have established a minimum age for PWC operators. All PWC operators should check the regulations and educational requirements of the state they plan to boat in. Remember that age of operator requirements can vary greatly from state to state. All PWC operators are advised, even if not required, to complete a safe operator's course such as this one.

Also, remember that when you allow anyone to operate your PWC, you are responsible for any problems, damage, or injury which occurs. Make sure you only allow others to operate your PWC who meet your state's minimum age requirements, and use good judgment.
